General overview

I moved into this brand-new building/apartment on the 15th of November as the first ever occupant. Fully furnished with sofa, coffee table, desk, modern kitchen. The bedroom consists of a large flatscrene tv, day lounge and king size bed. The bathroom is modern and features hot shower and exhaust fan. A large balcony overlooks the street and a small public school across the road where each school mornign at 9am the kids sing two songs at assembly.
