Located in Botafogo, the city's most vibrant and convenient neighborhood. Very close to some of the main landmarks. Depending on your willingness, you can even go to Copacabana beach and Sugar Loaf on foot - less than a 30-minute walk.
The space
It's a 100 m2 3-bedroom apartment.with integrated environments that create a large and versatile space.
All this combined with a clean decor, with a light industrial vibe.
As soon as you self check-in and open the door to our 100 m² (1076 ft²) 3-bedroom apartment, you will be able to enjoy its integrated environments: hall, living rooms, dining, kitchen and balcony came together to compose a delicious, spacious and airy space.
In the same place you can choose between relaxing in the hammock, watching a series on SmarTV, or having an espresso. In addition, we have a modern and equipped kitchen with what is necessary for your culinary adventures.
There are 3 bedrooms at your disposal, with two spacious suites equipped with queen beds, blackout curtains, new pillows and mattresses, ensuring that your nights of sleep are pure comfort. The bathrooms are a separate experience, with special lighting and a very strong and invigorating shower to recharge.
We converted the third room into a home office, with two workstations and a sofa bed, which will be ready to accommodate two more travelers if needed.
The condominium has facilities that will be available for an even more complete stay, e.g. gym space, adult and children's pools, sauna and playroom for kids.
In short, this apartment is a perfect blend of the carioca style with the comfort and amenity you deserve. Get ready to live unforgettable days and fall in love with Rio in a way you never imagined!
Guest access
Before your arrival, it will be necessary to send the documents of all guests in advance. This procedure is requested by the condominium entrance gate for entry authorization.
Self checkin: to facilitate the entry process, the apartment has an electronic lock, and the guest will be able to access it independently. The password for access will be sent the day before check-in, ensuring you have a hassle-free arrival.
Notes
Please get in touch and inform your dates of interest. When I'm not staying in the apartment, it's also available for short-term rental on other platforms, so I'll need to check availability on different calendars.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in Botafogo, the trendiest and most convenient neighborhood in the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro. The apartment is in a super trendy area with dozens of restaurants offering a variety of specialties, stylish bars, cafes, and bakeries. There are many supermarkets and grocery shops to choose from, all just steps away from home!
Furthermore, there are three large shopping centers in the neighborhood, with two of them within a short walk of less than 10 minutes.
Easy access to public transportation, with a metro station also less than 1 km from your doorstep.
The distance to Copacabana Beach is 2 km, and to Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar) is 1.8 km.
Getting to my home
The easiest way to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi or Uber.
You will need to present your identification for your entry to be granted to the building.
The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock, so you can easily do a self-check-in.
Nearest airport
Galeão International Airport is 21 km away, while Santos Dumont Airport is 9 km away.
Getting around
You'll be spoiled for choice with so many dining and entertainment options. It's a vibrant area with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shopping centers all within a few steps in the surrounding blocks.
You can do a lot on foot, but the metro station is only 10 minutes away, and there's a bus stop right in front of the building. It's also a bustling area with plenty of taxi and Uber options available.
