The house was completely renovated in 2017. It is INDEPENDENT, on two floors, with GARDEN and TERRACE habitable and private PARKING POINT. A rarity, in a very characteristic area of Rome, the Pigneto, a few steps from the center and perfectly connected. Double barbecue, ping pong table.
The automatic gate opens a small street with no traffic, with nice and not noisy rooms. The house is perfect in all seasons, warm and comfortable in winter and particularly pleasant in spring and summer, when the garden and the terrace are perfectly enjoyable. Both furnished with umbrella, table, chairs and deck chairs, allow you to spend the evening in the cool, admiring the stars, being in the center of town and in the middle of the "movida". Recently renovated, independent heating, solar panels, air conditioning. In a central location, on a busy but quiet street. In front of the house there is a good restaurant and a famous bar. On the corner, a handicraft store. On the same street, quality hamburgeria, pizzeria, bar, grocery store. At 100 meters, ice cream parlor, other pizzerias, supermarket (Conad), pastry shop, bar, pharmacy, soccer field (free!), playground, metro (metro station C Pigneto). In short, everything you need is within walking distance! Or with the bikes that you will find in the courtyard.

Somos uma família com 3 filhos: pai Riccardo (pós-produção de cinema), mãe Chiara (jornalista), Arianna (15 anos, ensino médio clássico), Marco (13 anos) e Leonardo (11 anos). Vivemos em Roma, entre trabalho, passeios e esportes. Gostamos de estar ao ar livre, descobrir a natureza e depois desfrutar do descanso numa casa acolhedora.
