Large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with village and mountain views from the front and access to a 30sqm private walled garden with bar, seating and BBQ. 2 further double bedrooms on this floor and shared bathroom. Leading to the 2nd floor for the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and access to the large terrace overlooking the castle sounds and hills beyond.

Notes

We live in a medieval town where some streets are narrow. Ours being one of those! We can reverse our polo up the street for parking in our garage. Some might find that difficult but there is ample free parking all around the town.

We are very central in this medieval town Within town there are 5 bars/cafes, a bank, post office, several bakeries, 4 hairdressers, 4 restaurants and 4 large supermarkets, all accessible on foot. 2 minute walk from the house are 5 ancient vineyards to walk around. An early morning walk and coffee to start your day.

Getting to my home

international and regional flights into Barcelona 1.5hrs from Calonge. There is a fairly good bus service from there, but it is advisable to have or hire a car. Girona airport 40 minutes drive who mainly run summer flights from regional airports

Getting around

1 small supermarket in the town with a further 4 to walk or a 10 minute drive (Aldi included) There is a delicious bakery 2 minutes from the door which opens at 0730! Access to the rest of the Costa Brava, Barcelona and Girona Cities, can be done by bus from Calonge, although not a frequent service as we would like.
