General overview
We bought this house so we can have somewhere to stay when we are in town the rest of the time it functions as airbnb or travel nurse housing. We fell in love with the people, hiking, mountain biking and craft beer.

This is a great home base if the kids are interested in getting into science/engineering/space. Though most of our guests are engineers and medical professionals on assignment or looking to buy their own home in the area.
The museum offerings are far beyond any small town exhibit. The Rocket City Trash Pandas play in town and only 90 minutes from Nashville!
The space
Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed with mattress covers for everyone's comfort and safety.
Large, comfy couch and a smart TV. Set up for HDMI input so bring your console along.
Washer and dryer inside.
Guest access
There are two steps to get into the house. There is a smart lock installed and a property manager who will be available during your stay.
Notes
We prefer shoes off inside, but understand that's not in everyone's comfort zone.

Please respect our neighbors by not having large gatherings and keeping the noise minimal. It's generally a quiet cul de sac.
The neighborhood itself has an ecclectic mix of people, some keep their yards quite cluttered and may be concerning to some, though we have never had a problem. We recommend doing a Google street view of the area to ensure you will be comfortable.
Getting to my home
Best to arrive by car.
While we are out of the area we have a team help manage the property they can assist with anything from maintenance to scheduling an in-home massage.
