General overview

Beautiful apartment of 120 m2 on two floors in Ahuntsic. Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and a pretty terrace overlooking a very quiet street. We also have a courtyard shared with the other co-owners where we have installed a play module for children. The neighborhood is very pleasant and the metro is 5 minutes away by bus.

The space

The apartment is ideal for a family with its three bedrooms - a queen bed in the parents' bedroom and two children's bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other a crib. We also have a baby crib and a sofa bed in the office. You will find everything you need for children: changing tables, washer-dryer, high chair and booster seat, toys, small bike, etc. The apartment is very bright and comfortable. We have a BBQ on the terrace, where 6 people can easily eat in the summer. The backyard is very quiet and the children love to play there in the grass in summer, in the snow in winter.

You have to go up 2 floors and there is no elevator. The apartment is therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

The street is very quiet and family-friendly, but we are a 5-10 minute walk from the Fleury promenade with many shops and restaurants. Just around the corner there is a large park with games for children, paddling pool and water games.

Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL).

Getting around

The bus passes on the street behind the apartment and takes you to the Sauvé metro station in 5 minutes (otherwise it's a 15-20 minute walk). From there it's 15 minutes by metro and you are in the city center! We are also close to highways if you want to get out of Montreal.
