General overview
Our condo is very centrally located and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and much more.
The space
We have 2 levels. The main floor has an open concept kitchen, dining, living room space. From here you have any awesome view of the river and surrounds. Also door to a good sized balcony..Main floor also has 1 bedroom, washroom, laundry room and hallway to front door. Up the first set of stairs is a landing with access to the garage. From landing is another set of stairs to the 2nd floor which has 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom is large with, walk in closet ,access to large balcony with hot tub, patio furniture and fire table. The 2nd bedroom has 2 clothes closets and a full bathroom.
Guest access
There are 2 ways to enter the condo, through the garage or front door. There is 2 sets of 7 stairs inside, one from the main floor to The Landing and the other from The Landing to the Upper Floor. The garage door is on the main driveway level and a front door is 7 steps down from the driveway.

We have a natural gas barbecue, air conditioning, gas fireplace on Main level.
