Our home is a large, historic, stone house, set over 4 floors, built circa 1770 in a beautiful village on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It has excellent views of the surrounding moors, comfortable rooms, large bedrooms, lots of period features and is well equipped.
The space
The master bedroom has double doors and balcony overlooking the garden and hills. Good sized, fenced garden to the front with lawn, trampoline and slide which gets the sun from sunrise to mid afternoon and large decking to the rear which gets the sun from mid afternoon to sunset so you can enjoy lovely summer evenings sat around an 8-seater table.
Guest access
It is semi-detached family home set over four floors, including cellar. We have our own car park to the front of the house with space for 3 cars and access to the front of the house this way is via the original stone steps. At the back of the house there is room for an additional 2 cars. Access to the back is easier for those who do not want to walk up the steps!
