A 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 1200 sqft beach townhouse steps from the sand. My kids were born and raised here and we loved it there...but growing kids needed a little more space and we were fortunate enough to be able to keep this place, renovated it and moved to the other listing in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains inland. This is an ideal destination to enjoy Venice beach as well as Santa Monica beach. It is the quietest street in Venice beach as it is on the north border to Santa Monica. Walk to everything - the Boardwalk, the beach, Main Street Farmers' Market on Sundays, Abbot Kinney Boulevard...Whole Foods Market is a long walk, or a very quick drive. We have secured parking as well as everything else you would need to enjoy a holiday in Los Angeles!
The space
Modern decor, kitchen recently renovated. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Light and bright with southwest exposure. Private common courtyard that is secured. Ron is a professional chef, so the kitchen will have everything a cook will need or want in a kitchen. Washer and dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms. Fireplace with a gas starter. Beds, sofa, TV all new as well.

This is a 2 story split level townhouse with stairs to enter the unit. Apologies it is not wheelchair accessible.
Notes
This is a small 10 unit building and no vacation rentals are allowed. I do rent sometimes to people wanting a 3 month minimum rental as that is allowed, but other than that, we have been leaving it open for when we need a little beach time and now we can share that with you!

Neighbourhood
Sunday Santa Monica Main Street farmers market is great for your produce shopping.
Santa Monica's Main Street just a couple of blocks away has plenty of places to eat and shop.
Venice Beach - the Boardwalk starts at the end of the street - 3 buildings away. Just beyond the Boardwalk is the beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
Abbot Kinney Boulevard is also within walking distance and also full of restaurants and shops.
Getting around
It is possible to fly to Los Angeles, get to our unit without renting a car and staying entirely carless and enjoy the beach life by foot, bicycle, and bus! Everything you need is within walking distance or a short bike ride or bus ride. But if you want to tool around the greater Los Angeles area you will need a car whether by renting one, taxis, Lyft, or Uber.
