Neighbourhood
The home is located just 10 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge and just a few minutes off Highway 101; 15 minutes to San Francisco. We are located close to the towns of Mill Valley, Sausalito & Tiburon with charming main squares, excellent shopping, world-class restaurants and entertainment and many sailboats. Our home is walking distance to some shops and dining. A car is highly recommended. There is an Enterprise Rental Car Agency a few blocks from the house.
Getting around
The city of San Francisco is just 15 minutes South and must-see sights include: Fisherman's Wharf, TransAmerica Building, North Beach, Golden Gate Park, Museums and world class restaurants and shopping. Local attractions include Muir Woods National Monument (15 minutes), Stinson Beach (30 minutes), Sausalito (7 minutes), Pt Reyes National Seashore (45 minutes), Napa / Sonoma Wine Country (45 minutes), Berkeley (30 minutes), Monterrey / Carmel (2.5 hours), Lake Tahoe (3 hours), Yosemite National Park (3 hours). Convenient to hiking, sailing, kayaking, biking, tennis, beaches, and public pools.
