General overview
Welcome to our coastal bungalow. Visit Wrightsville or Topsail Beaches. Walk the gorgeous downtown Historic District or shop in the many unique boutiques. Bike, hike or jog in the nature preserve in our neighborhood. Cruise along the riverwalk, celebrate the Azalea Festival, kayak the rivers, deep sea fish the ocean or tour the amazing battleship. There is so much to do.
This is a 2500 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms . The Master bedroom has a King size bed and the guest room has a King size bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also an office with standing desk, printer, docking station and monitors (unless I have to take them with me). The fully equipped kitchen is a dream to cook in, and leads to the lovely back patio with hibachi grill. I have a juicer, mixer, espresso maker, French press coffee, toaster, blender, dehydrator, and many more kitchen utensils. Pots and pans are stainless steel and cast iron. Relax on the front/ back or side porches surrounded by herb and wildflower gardens for a cool spot in the summer. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Many great hiking/biking/golf /beach places close by. Grocery store/shopping center 2 miles away. We want you to feel at home in our home, as we do. There is parking for two cars on the driveway, and extra parking in the lot in the front.
The space
This house is ideal for three couples or a family. The kitchen table sits 4-6 and there is extra seating at the kitchen bar. There is an outdoor dining table that fits 6. The Living room is equipped with a Big Screen TV and comfortable leather sofa and chair. There is side porch with lazy rocking chairs and back porch furniture. Off the front driveway, we have seating around a firepit to watch the stars. We have antennae TV for local stations, LG TV with 400 stations, Netflix, Prime, and Peacock streaming services.
Guest access
There are steps up to the front and back entrances. We have installed a keypad entrance on the front door. We will provide the code at check in. We are currently using the garage as storage.
Notes
We are about 20 minutes to Surf City or Wrightsville Beach. We are one lot away from the intracoastal waterway and Sailfish restaurant. Visit the NC Aquarium, The Arlie Gardens, UNC Wilmington, the Battleship, Historic Downtown Wilmington with Museums and Historic sites.
There are so many new breweries and restaurants in the area.

Neighbourhood
This is a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Close to many amenities. There is a restaurant at the marina at the end of our street. There is a nature preserve and tour at the Poplar Grove Plantation. Everyone is out walking their pets or out with family during the day. We have really great neighbors who can answer any questions you have.
Getting to my home
Renting a car from the Wilmington Airport and then a 25 minute drive to my house.
Nearest airport
ILM International airport (Wilmington) is 20 minutes away.
Getting around
We are 20 minutes from the Wilmington International Airport (ILM). There are cabs, Uber or rental cars. We have bikes for the neighborhood.

We are empty nesters and ready to travel. My husband and I would like to start traveling to see different parts of the world and experience different cultures. We love meeting new people and exploring new places. We are both very active outdoors people! We think that it just makes sense for us to share the resources that we have with others and exchange our homes for mutual enjoyment!
