General overview
I am offering a one bed/one bath apartment located in the Hollywood area in Los Angeles, California. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and I’m about a 5 minute walk from one grocery store and about 12 min walk from another one in case you went traveling with a car. Right next to the 101 so it’s pretty easy to get everywhere if you are (or if you plan on taking Ubers).
I do have a dog, so I’d be looking to also either do a pet care exchange if you have pets, or if your place is within driving distance I could take her with me. She’s a husky so flying with her would be difficult but I may be able to figure that one out if necessary. She is three years old, the sweetest dog, absolutely loves all humans, a huge cuddler, house trained, and has never chewed anything other than a dog toy in her life. She does have high husky energy but she’s pretty chill when she’s inside.
The space
One bed, one bath. Gated apartment complex on the first floor. Pool. Street parking (unless I take my car, then you can use my space) but it’s very easy street parking, none of my friends ever have issues. We do have street cleaning on one side Mondays and the other side on Tuesdays so if you decide to bring your car you’ll have to move it for that.

Neighbourhood
It’s in Hollywood so there’s a million different bars and restaurants, music venues, shopping, and Runyon Canyon and Griffith Park are close by for hikes.
Getting around
I’m literally right next to the 101 so super easy if you’re traveling by car/uber. There is a bus stop right down the street and a metro stop about a 12 to 15 minute walk away.
