Recently renovated in 2019 4 bedroom 3.5 bath in the Ocean Park area of Santa Monica, CA. 13 minute walk to beach and even closer to shops and restaurants on Main St.
Toys/equipment available for those traveling with young children.

Driveway fits up to 3 cars
House is equipped for toddler and baby, we are happy to share the children's toys and equipment if you have kids but we can also pack up the kid's stuff and store in the garage if you don't need it. Central A/C and heat. Willing to include use of a Mazda 3 car. Smoke free and pet free home.

Neighbourhood
Ocean Park is a residential neighborhood in the south side of Santa Monica near the beach and bordering Venice Beach. Mild weather year round. Very walkable.
Getting around
10 minute walk to Main St with shops and restaurants.
13 minute walk to beach.
1.5 blocks from Lincoln Blvd where there is a grocery store, more restaurants, and bus stops.
30 minute walk to 3rd St promenade, Santa Monica pier, and expo line stop.
Lots of motorized scooters available in neighborhood via app rental.
Can include use of a Mazda 3 car.
