General overview
A rare Phoenix area home on an acre with a brand new HUGE pool!
The space
2400 sq ft home on an acre of land. We have 4 bedrooms:
1 king bedroom with bathroom
2 queen bedrooms
1 office & blow up mattress
The kitchen is the heart of the home, which includes a fireplace, and looks out to the back yard. Outside you’ll find a large covered patio with a grill, propane fireplace, and plenty of seating. The patio walks out to a new oversized pool with a large yard to play. We have chickens and ducks with fresh eggs as well as a vegetable garden.
Guest access
1 story home, which is accessible from
the front door. Access for someone to feed the poultry may be needed.
Notes
2 beach cruisers are available for use. Kids are ok, but the pool is not fenced and would recommend those with children who know how to swim.

Nearby you will find the Arrowhead area/mall. Spring Training fields, Glendale football stadium, golf courses, horseback riding, casinos, hiking, lakes, kayaking, shopping, shooting ranges, 4 wheel driving, and many activities for the kids.
With a drive you can see the beauty of Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon, and so much more in the southwest desert.
There is easy access to the freeway.

I enjoy traveling with my husband (both 40+) just about anywhere. Sometimes we travel with a friends or family. We are open to new adventures and places we may not have thought about. Generally, we don’t need much space as it’s just the 2 of us. We are pretty neat and likely to spend most of our time out and about seeing the sights wherever we go.
