General overview

Our classically updated 4 bed, 2.5 bath house is in a family friendly, tree-lined, private HOA neighborhood that is perfect for both relaxing/unwinding AND is a convenient launching point to anything you want to see/anywhere you want to go in the region. We are less than 3 miles from Interstate-95. Distances by car to many sites/attractions as follows: Downtown Richmond: 15 minutes Richmond area breweries/hikes: 20-45 minutes Williamsburg/Jamestown/Busch Gardens: 60 minutes Charlottesville, VA (wineries, hikes, etc): 60 minutes Virginia Beach: 90 minutes Washington DC: 90 minutes

The space

The entire first floor is hardwood with an open concept living room into kitchen. We have an amazing screened in back porch with a built-in heater and TV. Our fenced-in back yard is complete with a treehouse, children's swing set and play house. The upstairs is carpeted and has a huge master bedroom and master bathroom with walk-in shower and large tub. The three other bedrooms are currently set up as follows: Bedroom 2: guest bedroom with queen bed Bedroom 3: child's room with crib & toddler bed Bedroom 4: office/guest bedroom with air mattress and office desk/chair The house is especially perfect for small families (5 or less) and couples looking for extra space. Also, we can't accept pets, and this is a non-smoking house.

Neighbourhood

Neighborhood is an HOA community and is upkept beautifully. There are wide, tree-lined streets where you can walk, run, or just enjoy the outside. The neighborhood has a community playground, tennis court and basketball court. It also has a neighborhood pool but that is not available for guest use.

Getting around

Would require a car. We are able to offer a 2015 Honda CRV (5 seats) if reciprocal car available for use.
