General overview
Our apartment of approximately 30m2 is located in La Joue du Loup in the Devoluy massif of the Hautes Alpes department. it is 50m from the ski slopes and in the center of the resort.
It is located between Grenoble and Gap
It is located at the foot of the slopes and shops.
It includes 5 beds: 1 trundle double sofa bed in the main room, 2 bunk beds an additional bed in the bedroom.
It has a view of the mountains.
It is a secondary residence therefore available almost all year round.
Our flat of approximately 30m2 is in La Joue du Loup in Devoluy (Hautes Alpes) between Grenoble and Gap.
It is close to ski (50m) and shops.
There is one sofa( two places) in the main room and 3 single beds in the bedroom.

Neighbourhood
La Joue du Loup is a rather family ski resort located at an altitude of 1500m. It is possible to ski all winter and other snow and mountain activities, the area goes up to 2500m in altitude and there are about 100kms of track.
The vegetation is that of the southern Alps, there are conifers, larch trees, meadows, rivers and many paths for hiking. There is something for everyone, simple and flat paths and climbing circuits at altitude.
If you like nature, you will be delighted, the Dévoluy is really magnificent.
There is also a body of water for swimming at 20mm in the valley as well as the Lac de Serre-Poncon about 1 hour away where there are many water activities and swimming.
By car Grenoble is at 1h30, Gap at 45 minutes, Sisteron at 1h15, Lyon at 2h30, Marseille at 2h30.
La Joue du Loup is a family village at 1500m.
During winter, we can ski until 2500m. 100kms of tracks.
There are coniferous, larch, meadows, rivers and numerous paths for hiking. There's something for everyone, from simple and flat paths and climbing paths at altitude.
If you love nature you will be delighted, the Dévoluy is really beautiful.
There is also a place of water to swim to 20mm in the Valley and the Lac de Serre-Poncon approximately 1 hours where there are a lot of water sports and swimming.
By car, Grenoble is at 1h30, Gap at 45 minutes, Sisteron at 1h15, Lyon at 2h30, Marseille at 2h30.
