Neighbourhood
Our home offers you the best of Killarney on your doorstep and is located in a quite, safe and secure residential family orientated neighbourhood. The centre of Killarney is all within walking distance - 15/20 minutes walking on a safe footpath where you can avail of fine dining, Kery Pubs, nightlife, quaint coffee shops, retail shopping, cinema etc.. While walking into town you will pasts the beautiful Killarney House and Gardens which is set in the Killarney National Park. We are conveniently located close to the Muckross Road which will take you to Muckross Abbey, Muckross House, Torc Waterfall, Ladies View, Molls Gap and further on to Kenmare town. In the other direction you have Ross Castle and Killarney Town Centre or head further out to the Gap of Dunloe for Kate Kearney's Cottage. The Killarney Brewery serving delicious pizza and craft beer is a 10/12 minute walk away so no need to take the car!
Dromhall Hotel restaurant Bar and Bistro, Randles court hotel and Cahernanne Hotel are all within a 10/15 minute walk. The beautiful Lake Hotel is also conveniently located close to our home There is a very well stocked large 24 hour convenience store, petrol station and Deli 10 minutes walk from the house. There are many large chain Supermarkets within a 5 minute drive from the house where you can stock up. You can avail of bike hire very easily - it is only a 10 minute walk away and is a spectacular way to tour Killarney. There are many biking routes to take directly from our home. If you feel like a horse and carriage ride out to Muckross, Ross Castle or the National Park - its only about a 15 minute walk to avail of this. There are many beautiful beaches to avail of outside of Killarney. Overall the location will allow you enjoy and relax all of what Killarney has to offer, It is perfect for hassle free touring of the Killarney area and also for those who wish to go a little further afield in the Kerry or Cork area.
