General overview
New construction home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the historic Oxford Mississippi Square. Home to William Faulkner and the University of Mississippi, Oxford is a great place to have as a homebase while you travel to Mississippi Delta explore Memphis Enjoy everything that Oxford has to offer. Great shopping dining and outdoor activities abound!
The space
Our home is three bedrooms two full bathrooms. It is open concept with a formal dining area a breakfast bar with seating for two and a sectional couch with a large screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace in the den.
The master bedroom has a large queen size rice bed. The master bath has a large tiled walk-in shower with a seat, large walk-in master closet, double sinks and a separate toilet room.
Our home comes equipped with all the cooking necessities a French door refrigerator freezer with water available through the door. A five burner gas grill is located just outside of the back door. The ham also has its own washer and dryer for years. I lovely front porch is a great place to sit out and enjoy a cold beverage or a warm cup of coffee.
Our neighborhood has sidewalks which make it easy for walking and have two playgrounds for use for children within easy walking distance also in the neighborhood

This is a single-story home with an open concept floor plan. There is one step up to the front porch and then one small step from the front porch into the front door there’s also a small step coming in from the garage and coming in from the back door.

Neighbourhood
We have a very family friendly neighborhood with a nice mix of young couples some with children and then retirees. The entire neighborhood is sidewalk and there are two playgrounds for kids to enjoy with in the neighborhood.
Getting around
You will need a vehicle to stay at our house. It’s about 3 miles to the Oxford Square to the nearest grocery store and to the campus of the University of Mississippi.
