Neighbourhood
Very nice neighborhood located between two large public parks, Gaudinière in Nantes and Gobinière in Orvault. It is very well connected by tram and bus. Several good restaurants nearby, including a gourmet and affordable (Caudalies, 1 Bib Michelin).
Many shops are also close, including a supermarket. The house is very close to the walk of the Cens, to do on foot or by bike (or jogging for more sporting!), Either in direction of Nantes where one can join the center while following the very beautiful river Erdre, either in direction of Sautron along the Cens.
