General overview
Beautifully renovated 1970s classic Colorado ski home. Redone with care and love, this home has the most beautiful views, drenched in sun and sky all day and night. On three roomy levels, with an open plan living and kitchen area. Well located hot tub with spectacular views and dry sauna. The historic Lower Blue River Valley is a few miles north of Silverthorne, the main hub town in Summit County (where most of the Colorado ski resorts are located). Unique to our location is that we are "on the road" to Steamboat. You can truly choose where to ski from our home.
The space
Living and kitchen area are open plan, drenched in sunlight, and comfortable.
First floor master bedroom boasts the original wood beams and tongue in groove ceiling, with ensuite bathroom.
Upper loft is fully enclosed and private with ensuite bathroom, a queen bed and two twin beds.
Lower level has it's own seating area, bathroom, sauna, and two queen bedrooms (each with a second twin bed).
Outside the huge deck has views in every direction, even at night (we forgot what the stars looked like until we got here).
Guest access
Three floors, accessible by railed stairs. Lower level accessed from outside doors as well. Two car garage with no stairs in or out.

Neighbourhood
Sierra Bosque is a very old community located along Highway 9, north of Silverthorne. About twenty total homes (many historic) on the side of a sun drenched valley. It's a very special place. Quiet and friendly.
Getting around
Most people rent a car or SUV to get around the Colorado mountains. There is no shuttle nearby.
