General overview
Our townhome is located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, near Coligny Plaza and the new amphitheater and outdoor venue. We are across the street from the beach, about a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride, with no stairs and a nice boardwalk onto the beach. HHI is a top
Golf destination as well. There is free permit parking with two cars allowed.
The space
Our home is a 3/3, with a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed and additional futon. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. We’ve recently renovated with new floors, paint, and furniture. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and the home is well stocked throughout, including beach gear. Dogs are allowed and HHI is very dog friendly. There are 3 pools on property, the closest being about 30 seconds out the back door. There is also a tennis court.
Guest access
There are 2 floors, with a Master on main and 2 bedrooms up. There is a staircase to enter of about 6 stairs since the homes are elevated due to being at the beach. There is a keypad entry.
Notes
Hilton Head is consistently voted the number one family friendly beach in the USA. It’s filled with great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities but no tacky billboards (they’re not allowed) and tons of green space. It’s a wonderful and relaxing place.

Neighbourhood
A group of townhomes with a mix of full time residents and rentals. Very pedestrian friendly yet near to the island’s main areas and easy beach access.
Getting around
Cars and bicycles are most common. There are bike trails all over the island.
