Beachfront apartment in Art Deco, listed building. Recently renovated. Huge terrace with an outdoor living room. Minutes walk to shops. Bedroom is air conditioned. 5th floor with lift. Bathroom is not wheelchair accessible

The space

In heart of Nice, beach literally across the street. Easy access to shops, pedestrian zone, train station, tramway to airport. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths and is suitable for a couple and additional guest on high quality sofa bed. I have a dog, so may not be suitable for those with allergies. 33 sqm terrace with all amenities. Kitchen and bathroom brand new, all appliances. The terrace has no guardrails so not appropriate for young children.

Interested primarily in simultaneous exchanges. In summer, looking for northern countries (Scandinavia, Scotland, Ireland, north of England). Not interested in exchanges with Paris or North America, as I have accommodation there. always open to Italy.
