Neighbourhood
Nice neighborhood, but most people work so not looking to have noise all night. People are friendly and helpful. Common lake access / boat ramp but we don't use it since we have our own dock. Lots of walkers through the neighborhood but watch for cars as a number of homes are being renovated.
Getting around
Car is recommended. Local bus stop brings you to Charlotte on a daily schedule. Restaurants/shopping within 3 miles so not really walking distance.
