General overview
The house is located in La Murette next to Voiron and 10 min. from the Lyon/Grenoble motorway.
Its location makes it easy to move between different sites and to please all family members:
- swimming: Paladru lake 10 min away (paddle and pedalo rental) and eco-swimming site 30 min away (https://www.rivieralp.com/baignade-ecologique), Aiguebelette lake 45 minutes away
- city break: Grenoble 30 minutes away with its famous bubbles allowing you to have a breathtaking view of the valley (https://www.grenoble-tourisme.com/fr/catalogue/activite/telepherique-de-grenoble-bastille-60029 /), Lyon and Chambéry at 1 hour
- mountain and hiking: several departures for walks and hikes from the house, Chartreuse massif at 30 min and Vercors at 1 hour.

The space
This is a large village house (150 m2) which we renovated 4 years ago. It combines the charm of the old (parquet, bricks, etc.) and modern decoration.
The exterior includes a pretty terrace partly sheltered by an arbor of kiwis to be able to take meals in the shade, as well as a garden equipped with children's huts, a trampoline. We also have 4 hens who will provide you with fresh eggs every day!
Inside :
- Ground floor: a large living room (40m2) living room/kitchen, a WC, a bathroom and a storeroom. The ground floor is air-conditioned.
- 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 trundle bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 cot, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) + 1 massage table, 1 WC, a water point .
- 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 large games room with a sofa and a video projector for film lovers.

The advantage of the village is that you can do everything on foot:

If you need to do larger errands, the Blanchisseries shopping area in Voiron is 10 minutes away.
