General overview
This is a complete, quaint 6-room apartment in a quintessential New England setting. Peterborough, New Hampshire--where Thornton Wilder wrote "Our Town"-- known for its arts and culture scene and its proximity to mountain hiking, skiing, natural beauty, and jaw-dropping fall foliage. Ten miles to Mount Monadnock, walking distance to a new brewery, fine dining, antiques, coffee shops, gourmet chocolates, all just 1.75 hours from Boston.
The space
Our 6-room apartment is located on the 2nd (top) floor of an 1860s villager home with a separate front door entrance. The master bedroom sleeps two, a futon in living room can sleep two more, day bed sleeps one more. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. TV, wifi, and Netflix provided. One bath with shower. Note that the bathroom is small, with sloping ceilings and might be a challenge for very tall people, especially the shower. There is a small back patio.
This is an in-town location, but generally very quiet and within easy walking distance of dining, shops, movie theatre, museums. The apartment is unsuitable for infants and very young children.
