General overview
Our home is one hour south of Nashville TN situated on a 40 acres of wooded land with close access to the interstate. We have hiking trails up and behind our house. There is a wet water spring and creek in the front of the property. There is a nice state park close by with wonderful waterfalls and kayaking. We have kayaks you can use.
The space
3 bedrooms on top level, master bedroom on main level, and one bedroom and sleeper sofa in finished basement. Kitchen and laundry on main level.
Guest access
3 floors with main access on main level at carport with a combination lock. The basement has a large walk out sliding doors as well.
Notes
Things to do in and around our area: Old Stone State Park (hiking), There are nice rivers and lakes nearby and we have Kayaks that can be used. We have free range chickens and fresh eggs. Civil War battlefields and Revolutionary War battlefields nearby... Nashville is an hour north and offers NFL Titans, NHL Predators, Country music, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium (tons of concerts). Chattanoogo is an hour south with a GREAT aquarium.

Neighbourhood
Just a few houses on our road and can only see one house from our house and only see them in the winter time when trees are bare.
Getting around
You will need to rent a car. We are one hour south of Nashville airport (BNA)
