General overview
This cabin is all romantic rustic charm;
Three proposals here so far!
Set in the heart of the PA wine trail!
We offer limited Lake Access, its is a members only lake and a named member must accompany you into the beach area, no need to be together the whole time! But the lake association is strict due to insurance reason.
The space
A romantic little cabin with unique and calming touches all over the house. From accent lighting to warm wooden walls, this snuggly little weekend escape is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Less than two hours to NYC and Philly
A cozy little charmer with shabby details throughout the home.
The dining room is walled by original tongue and groove lathe from the 1920’s on one side. On the back wall is the original kitchen flooring, repurposed and distressed to chic perfection.
The living room is cozy and warm with an original large front window that looks out on the beaten dirt road.
Although there is no cable TV, there is wireless internet! Perfect for late night relaxing.
The bathroom is a beautiful Tiffany blue adorned with nautical decor and plank wood behind the sink and mirror.
The shower-tub and commode are brand new and sparkly clean!
The bedrooms are painted white with light colored wood flooring to keep the cabin feeling open and airy.
Closets have rods and shelving as well as a dresser for belongings in each room.
The kitchen has a butcher block counter top (for decoration only! Cutting boards provided!) and beautiful local milled shelving.
The sink is hand built for the home, as well as many other facets of the home has been hand crafted.
It has been lovingly restored with as many old and original items as possible!
I hope you find the cabin as warm and comfortable as my family does.
We provide linens and blankets for the beds, Towels and washcloths for the bathroom, all cups, plates, pots and pans and utensils needed to cook a meals at the cabin. The pantry has many spices and oils for cooking. The refrigerator usually have condiments and butter in it, feel free to take stock of what is there already before you go grocery shopping!
We also offer a ‘starter pack’ with one roll of paper towels waiting for you in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom And dish and hand washing soaps.
If your guest count is more than two or if you are staying longer than the weekend we can leave more TP but we kindly ask that the guests be conservative with the bathroom tissue use as we do not have a city sewer line.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is within walking distance to the lake! It is a tight, lakeside community with grid style streets and small bungalows similar to mine. Most residents are summer only, some stay all year round
Getting around
car is best but Uber and Lyft are in the area!
