General overview
This is large 3000 square foot (278 square meter) home situated on 10 acres with large yard/garden all around as well as woods that surround the perimeter of the property. This is in a suburb of Richmond, Virginia and within a couple hours of the beach and mountains by car. The house has high speed wireless internet throughout.
The space
The home has 4 bedrooms (2 of which have en suite bathrooms), 3 bathrooms (1 hallway, 2 en suite), large family room, bonus room/library, very large kitchen with fully stocked high quality appliances. We have a porch on the front and back of the house and there is a large Gas BBQ Grill. Our front yard, backyard and side yard are all enormous with lots of room to run and play in the grass.
We have a kids climbing dome in the backyard.
There is an LCD TV with a TiVO DVR & Chromecast

Guests will have access to the whole home other than the outbuildings and a storage closet.

We have 5 neighbors on our road but we all have large multi-acre lots and this makes for great roads for walking & biking as the road is private.
