General overview

We live in the countryside but close to Bordeaux. We are 12 minutes by car from the BORDEAUX TRAM. In our village you will find all the amenities: doctor, bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket and even a MAC DO. Hikes are possible from the house in the vineyards. There are 2 golf courses near the house: Teynac and Saint Sulpice te Cameyrac

The space

The house is 115 m2 and we have a garden of 1000 m2. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a desk. The whole house is air-conditioned. THE kitchen is fully equipped. Our cat stays there and you will have to give her a few caresses and eat if you don't mind.
