General overview
We have a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom detached house (1 bedroom is in a separate ground floor annexe inside the house) with good size secure garden in a village just outside of the beautiful but small city of Lincoln UK. We are a family of 5 with kids age 9, 11 and 14 and a small cocker spaniel. I work in a school so we are limited to school holidays for exchanges but can host up to 2 adults anytime.
The space
Downstairs we have a large open plan kitchen/living room and a separate 1 bedroom "granny flat" which has a double ensuite bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living room. Both of these spaces have French doors onto the enclosed back garden. Upstairs there is the family bathroom, master bedroom with super king size bed and sofa bed, plus 3 other bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed. There is also a study. The back garden is secure with gate out to the stream that runs alongside the property. The driveway is long enough for 4 or 5 cars.
Guest access
There is a separate entrance door for the annexe or the main front door, both access all areas of the house. Both entrances have a small step up to the house. The annexe has a downstairs bedroom and is all on one level with the exception of the downstairs shower room which has a small step.

We are open to hospitality exchanges if you would like to just use the annexe.

Neighbourhood
Church, school, shop, hairdressers and play parks in the village. The village next door is walking distance and there are pubs and take aways plus doctor, dentist, post office and more play parks.
Getting to my home
Driving is easiest but you can get to us using public transport. Nearest train station is Lincoln and there is a bus to the village from there.
Nearest airport
East Midlands 50 miles. Doncaster Sheffield 35 miles. Humberside 25 miles
Getting around
We are 4 miles from the city with large supermarkets etc. The bus runs from the end of the road on a regular basis. We have bikes we can loan out.
