General overview
A larger, beautiful modern mountain chalet, in a lovely alpine setting. You can sled on the property in the winter. We are about an hour from the bigger Co ski areas. We are about 45 min. from Denver. Evergreen is a popular tourist location, and there is plenty to do here. Lots of outdoor activies, and a popular tourist destination. We are at 8000 ft.
The space
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We have an acre of heavily wooded property, with views from every window. It is nicely decorated, and has high ceilings, and large windows. It has a basement where my son lives and he has his own entrance and exit. We could possibly sleep 6-7, if people don't mind a couch in the living room, or an air mattress in the office. We have 2 larger decks.
Guest access
2 floors, plenty of parking, electric garage door opener.
Notes
We get a fair amount of snow in the winter. We have lots of wood to burn in the fireplace, for a cozy winter feel.

We are looking for a warmer spot in the winter- possibly Caribbean, Southern Californai or? And, possibly a ski area in Colorado, or Europe or ??

Our back deck in the winter. Bring your winter shoes and clothes! We get a good amount of snow.
Another angle in our large back yard, with much wood for the fireplace. We have no neighbors down the hill from us, only a large park. Lots of privacy. Very scenic.
Side of the house, we have an acre, and lots of privacy, and lots of trees.
My son and his sweet dog, a rescue half golden retriever, half cattle dog. She was rescued as a puppy from an Indian reservation, and full of ticks. They rehabilitated her, and she is a very happy dog.
Trees in front of the house.
Back of house in winter. We also have lots of wild animals on our property. We commonly have deer, squirrels, birds, and rabbits, and sometimes foxes, wild ,turkeys, and elk.
