We are surrounded by nature with gorgeous ocean and countryside views and incredible sunsets. Perfectly positioned only 1 mile from the ocean we are just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Langostino and Zancudo and only 20 minutes from the world famous surf at Pavones.

Guest access
Whole villa including 2 ensuite double rooms (1 king & 1 queen sized bed) plus sofa bed. Private pool and yoga/hammock rancho. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, blender, fridge/freezer, microwave, french press coffee etc... Large covered terrace with sofas, rocking chairs and dining table. Large open plan living room with sofas, TV and games. Separate dining room inside.

We have 2 cool cats!
Things could not be simpler. Uvita & Macarela are our rescue cats that we have had since they were a few weeks old. They are friendly & easygoing but not lap cats. They have their own access in & out of the house, all that we ask is that their dried food & water is topped up every few days, this can also be done by our housekeeper.

Neighbourhood
We love the peace and quiet that comes from living off the beaten path. We are also a mere 5 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and 10 minutes to the beautiful community, restaurants, bakery and bars of Playa Zancudo. Pavones surf break is 20 minutes drive (board rental available in Zancudo & Pavones). Activities from Casa Zenn in the local area include Mangrove/Ocean kayaking, SUP paddle-boarding, guided horse trekking, jungle walks, bird-spotting (and monkey/sloth spotting!), professional massage, sports fishing, snorkeling boat trips, dolphin & whale-watching boat trips. There is also a Saturday market in neaby Playa Zancudo from December to April

We have 2 cats that we would have to sadly leave, we have a local neighbour who can feed them if you wish to spend any nights away from the house. Please do get in touch if you would prefer to exchange without the cats as this will sometimes be possible.
