General overview
Our home is spacious and comfortable with a large living area, a large modern kitchen and plenty of room to move. There is one kingsize bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and two others which double as computer and sewing rooms. We have a leafy garden with trees, shrubs, herbs and vegetables. There is a barbecue and a large deck where we spend long summer evenings enjoying a meal and a glass of wine with friends and family. Our house is on one level and has a double garage and off road parking. The garage houses our water sport toys which include 2 kayaks surfboards,,a wave-ski and two bicycles, all of which you are welcome to use. Many native birds and animals including possums,,waterbirds, parrots and Kookaburras visit our garden and feed off the blossom on the bottlebrush trees.

Neighbourhood
We live on the very beautiful Central Coast of NSW, one hour north of Sydney and one hour south of Newcastle, in a safe and friendly residential neighbourhood. We are within walking distance of the beach and we kayak on the lagoon at the end of our street. There is a small shopping strip with a cafe, bottle shop, baker, butcher, post office and a couple of takeaway restaurants 5 minutes walk away.The coast here has many excellent beaches and lakes suitable for all kinds of water sports as well as fishing. There is a bustling atmosphere around the seaside resort of Terrigal, with its shops and restaurants a few minutes to the south. The regional city of Gosford is 15 minutes away and offers restaurants, theatres and rail connection to Sydney while the nearby huge Erina Fair shopping complex will satisfy all your retail desires! Forty minutes to the north is the famous wine growing region of The Hunter Valley and the Barrington Tops wilderness area is two hours drive to the north. There are many National Parks in our area with a great choice of walking tracks. It's beautiful!!
