General overview
Wonderful open concept living on the main with combo living/dining/kitchen area with electric fireplace. large laundry room and a powder bathroom.
Upstairs is a large master suite with a king sized bed and a five piece master bath with jetted tub.
Two additional bright bedrooms down the hall: one with a queen bed, the other with a twin daybed and a crib. Also, access to another full bathroom in the hall across from bedrooms.
The space
This house is our primary residence, so you will find parts of our regular family life in our home. We have family pictures up, some closets with clothing, and toys in the toybox. We think a family with children would be comfortable in our home because we have everything young children need.
The bedrooms are spacious. The 2 bathrooms upstairs have double sinks and full baths. There is a small powder room on the main level
Our backyard has a BBQ, a outdoor dining set, a wood patio shade, outdoor patio furniture for relaxing, a fire pit, grass and a large playground for children. We even have a small inflatable pool if you'd like!
As this is a primary residence, there will be toys available for children of guests to use.

Neighbourhood
Right outside our suburb you can find the Colorado National Monument with trails and dirt biking. You can also raft down the Colorado River. There's great fishing and skiing close by.
Getting around
Travel by car is the most appropriate option.
We may negotiate the use of our personal car (and carseats for kids)
