Great golf courses nearby. The apartment is NOT on the busy main road - it is on a quieter side street 250m walk to the beach. For Bushwalkers and rock climbers: Mt Beerburrum, 278m Mt Beerwah, 556m Mt Coochin 235m climb The Coochin Hills, 230m Mt Coonowrin or Crookneck or Fakebig, 377m Mt Elimbah or The Saddleback, 109m Mt Ngungun, 253m climb Mt Tibberoowuccum, 220m Mt Tibrogargan and Cooee, 364m and 177m Or try Mt Coolum and Mt Ninderry to the north for easy comfortable climbs
