The space
Our first house, is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a quiet building.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with an en suite bathroom and another with four beds for a total of 6 beds.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a small bathtub, a very well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, a microwave, a small closet and a balcony. Then there is an open lounge / living room.
In the living room and in the bedrooms there is air conditioning.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is in a very convenient area of Rome, near the metro station "Giulio Agricola" (200 meters) in the district tuscolano / cinecittà, from here you can easily reach any point of Rome.
A few hundred meters there is the Parco degli Acquedotti, one of the largest in the city, within the Park it is possible, for a fee, to rent bicycles, play tennis or golf.
Nearby Cinecittà film studios are a set of excellent performance theaters and are the summit of the Italian film industry.
The neighborhood is very commercial, in the surroundings there are all kinds of commercial activities and many shops suitable for shopping, also there are several restaurants, bars, pizzerias and clubs.
