General overview
Our house is 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 35 minutes from Mall of America and about 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul. We are a short 2 hours drive to the beautiful Duluth if you want to go do some hiking and be on Lake Superior.
We also have the beautiful White Bear Lake town just 10 minutes away. There is a beautiful lake across the street that you can walk to. During the summer, there are Music in the Park, Movies in the Park, water ski shows on the lake and fireworks on the lake for July 4th.
The space
Our house was originally built in 1845. There is 1 original wall left that gives off a cabin feel. The house does require climbing 10 steps to get to the main level of the house. The lower level of our house is used for our office and music studio that we will lock off.

Neighbourhood
Quiet neighborhood. We are on the main road, but our town is small so the main road doesn't get busy except during morning and afternoon rush hour when people are going to work and going home from work.
Getting around
You will need a car as we are not near any public transportation area. We do have bikes and a motorized stand up scooter that you can use to enjoy the trails.
