General overview
We are a family and have a wonderful comfortable family home. Safe for kids and babies. Ideally located in an area that feels suburban, but is only a stones throw from the action of downtown and Capitol Hill restaurants, bars and nightlife.
The space
Our home is two stories, 3 bedroom, 2 full baths with shower, tub and one powder room (sink and toilet only). You enter the home by stairs. Living space, kitchen, dining, powder room and fireplace room are all connected on the main floor. Upstairs is 3 bedroom (one with ensuite bathroom) and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Currently the rooms are the master with ensuite -including king size bed, big closet and laundry. Second bedroom is our 2 year olds rooms and contains a crib, changing table and twin size bed. Third bedroom is a guest room with queen bed.
Guest access
The area you will stay in is two floors, with 16 steps to enter the first floor. Basement is a rental unit and not included in the space or description.
Notes
We are a 15-20 minute walk to the sports stadiums (baseball, soccer, American football) and 15-20 minute walk to downtown. You can easily Uber anywhere in the city from our house.

Neighbourhood
We are steps to a big park with playground, baseball fields, skate park, trails and tons of green space.
Getting around
There is some transit and a few coffee shops and restaurants that are walkable, but most likely you'll Uber or use transit to get around or into town to explore more. We have a car that may be available to you. Our home is close to two major highways so you can get anywhere you need to go in a car quick!
