General overview
Beautiful and comfortable place to stay while visiting Cedar City and surrounding areas. Zion and Bryce National Parks are each only 1 hr drive. Brian's Head and Cedar Breaks are 30 mins away. Enjoy the spectacular beauty of Southern Utah during the day and take in a top notch play at the Shakespeare Festival at night. Restaurants, movie theater, shopping, and aquatic center all in walking distance. We look forward to hosting you in Southern Utah! Easy to find, immediately off of I-15 exit 57.
The space
3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Master bedroom also has a full-size futon. One bathroom in the master, one bathroom in the hallway. Back yard covered patio with outdoor furniture and a bbq. Large kitchen for easy gathering and cooking. Large screen tv in living room. Smart tv also in Master. 2 car garage. Air conditioning, heating. Single floor plan.

6 guests. Can accommodate up to 10 if necessary.
Notes
It's usually used as an airbnb. It is professionally cleaned after each guest stay. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, 8 screen mega theater, gym, pool, shops. Easy freeway access. Shakespeare festival runs every year late June to mid October. State and national parks within easy driving distance in every direction. Zions, Bryce Canyon, Kolob, etc. Las Vegas international airport is 2 1/2 hours away.

Daily living can be done just within walking distance. Freeway access is less than 2 minutes away. Cedar City is about a 40,000 population. St. George is 45 mins away.
