The house is located in a very quiet family neighborhood. It has many playgrounds for children, two of them covered for the rainy days so common in Bilbao (one of them is in front of the house). Apart from the parks, it has many bars to eat and drink something quietly.

Getting around

Near the house, a 3-minute walk away, there is a bus stop that leaves you at the train stop in the center. There is also a train stop 5 minutes away and this also takes you to the central station. Close to home there are supermarkets, bakeries and shops to do the day-to-day shopping
