General overview
Our home is a 236 square meters’ villa with plenty of rooms for a big family located in the north off Viborg - close to Nørresø lake (400 m.), walking distance to historic city (2 km.) and Granada wood (1,5 km.). In the end of our road there is a merchant where you can buy all necessities. Our house is built in 2007 - designed by a local architect. The house is located in a children friendly area with other villas and walking distance to playgrounds. Here is a quiet an relaxed atmosphere. There is a lot of daylight and many panoramic windows. The house has 2 kids room - each with a bed loft and television and an extra room/office with a large bed loft. On the second floor there is a large bathroom, a balcony with a lounge sofa and a large landing. The kitchen is the heart of the house. The celing is 7-meter-tall, it has a big kitchen table and a dining table where 12 people can easily dine. Our bedroom also has a television, walk-in-closet and a patio door out.
We have 4 bikes you can use
As we always take good care of our own things, we will also be very careful in your house.
Viborg has 45.000 inhabitants, beautiful nature and many recreational facilities as museums, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, theater, cinema, cafes and restaurants.
If you are a family with small children here's lots of playgrounds in our surrondings, beaches, LEGOLAND, Djurs Sommerland, Fårup Sommerland, Viking festivals. If you are a family with older kids there's lots of shopping possibilities in Viborg, Silkeborg 30 min., Randers 30 min, Skagen 2 hours or Aarhus, Denmark's 2nd largest city 50 min. They all have old pedestrian street with small unique shops or big shoppingcentres. If you drive about 10 minutes south you will find the Dollerup Bakker (Dollerup Hills). It is a "must see".
