General overview
Great base to enjoy everything Los Angeles has to offer. Malibu is 20 minutes away, and Hollywood is 30 minutes but you can also be snow skiing in 2 hours. Half an hour to Universal Studios and 1 1/2 hours to Disneyland. Property is shared, meaning that the driveway, backyard and pool are used by other tenants on the property. The house and patio though are private.
The space
Lovely and comfortable estate home located on over a shady acre. Large exceptionally nice kitchen and upscale baths. Rooms are super large and comfortably furnished. Property is gated but shared with other tenants. Great pool with nice lounge furniture and umbrellas for shade.
Guest access
There are about 5 steps to enter and exit the house. There is one step inside the house.

We have 2 cats but can often make other arrangements for them.

Nice upscale neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping.
Getting to my home
You definitely need a car in Los Angeles. We have a 2010 Highlander that we may be able to make available when we aren’t using it.
Nearest airport
We are an hour from LAX or 30 minutes from Burbank airport.
Getting around
We are conveniently located close to the 101 free for easy access to Los Angeles and all the beach communities to the north.
