General overview
We have a lovely house in a big garden 40 mins. from Oslo on the Oslo-fjord. Connections to the city with boat or bus. The house is not large having one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with bunk beds. The living room is quite large as is the kitchen. We have a full cellar were there is a double bed which is often in use but it is in a cellar. There is a expansive terrace at the side of the house which overlooks a lawn dotted with apple trees within a large circle of trees. In summer the terrace receives the sun to about 10.30 in the evening. The house is close to the Oslo fjord where you can swim.

The house is on one floor with a small dinning room and a large lounge.

Neighbourhood
The housing was in our area was initially built around a now discontinued cement factory. The area near us has mostly houses on big blocks of land..
Getting around
Getting to Oslo you have two public transport options. There is a bus that goes from the Slemmestad centre, ten minutes walk, orr a fast boat leaves at the end of our street in the mornings and evenings. It is a 30 minutes, boat ride into Oslo. The area near the house is attractive with rolling hills and close to the Oslo Fjord where you can go swimming.
