Ocean front right on the beach!
We recently purchased a newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse condo right on the beach with pools and tennis (pickle ball) walking distance to La Cruz restaurants and farmers’ market + marina.
Spectacular Views over Banderas Bay to Puerto Vallarta. Lush gardens and pool, on the beach and 7 minute walk to the Marina La Cruz Malecon. 24 hour Security. Located in prestigious Punta Pelícanos Condominium Complex.
This is one of the best units at Punta Pelícanos as it is located ocean front 40 steps to the beach with incredible views of the bay. Location across from the pool/jacuzzi, our terrace offers electronic shades that can be lowered in the afternoon. Sunsets from the terrace are stunning! Furnishings are elegant, but comfortable offering lots of places to relax and listen to music, read or hang with friends. The decoration is upscale and reflects the wonderful art and culture of Mexico. We love our home because it is not the typical modern granite and stainless found in most condos, the feel of "Coastal Mexico" has been preserved. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with multiple sets of dishes, glassware, flatware, blender and other appliances to make your stay comfortable. You will have full access to the unit, gardens, pool and secure parking. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Full sets of Linens and Towels are available for your use. There is weekly maid service, more frequent if you would like it.

The space
We have a king bed in the master, huge terrace and attached bath with soaking tub. Twin bed guest room, plus it’s own large terrace and additional bath also on the second floor. King bedroom and full, attached bath on the first floor. First floor terrace offers panoramic views and lounging area to enjoy the ocean breeze and passing sail and fishing boats. Kitchen, living and dining area open fully to the terrace with two sets of triple sliding doors. Steps from the pool and jacuzzi.
Guest access
We have off street parking and direct access to the house with no stairs.
There is 24 hour security on the grounds and someone at the gate 24/7 to let you in or out.
Notes
We have paddle boards, kayaks, surf board and boogie boards available. We enjoy access to the most beautiful beaches in the Bay Area including Distilladera, La Lancha and Punta Negra. At times we have excellent surfing. Sayulita is about 15 minutes north and San Pancho approximately 20 minutes. We see whales all winter right from our terrace and of course you can book whale watching or sailing excursions. There are horses you can rent to ride on the beach or book a dolphin encounter.

Neighbourhood
We are located in the best part of La Cruz overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta, (mountains, ocean and marina.) The fish market is a short walk where you can buy directly from the fishermen every day. Sundays in season, La Cruz has the very best Farmer’s Market in the entire Bay of Banderas area! Vendors for fresh organic produce, juices cheese, bread, coffee, and ready made meals can be had while enjoying sipping a cappuccino and enjoying wonderful live music. The market is open Nov.-May. There is a lot of live music and good places to eat walking distance from our home in addition to dozens of fine restaurants in nearby Bucerias a 10 minute drive away. Blocks of artist murals make a walk around town like a trip to an art gallery.
Getting to my home
We are 30 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport. There are taxis and shuttles that service our village. There is a good grocery store on the way called La Comer.

Getting around
Our place is located 7 minutes walking to the Malecon and the main square of La Cruz. Uber, Taxi's and buses are cheap and plentiful.

We have five adult children and three grandchildren spread from Truckee, Incline Village, Raleigh & Austin, We are open to exchanges in those areas. In addition we enjoy visiting our old haunts like Martha's Vineyard-Nantucket or downeast Maine. We are a short distance from Puerto Vallarta. We are not looking for “Globes” @ this time.
