We have a great community pool just down the street. 5 minute walk. Only 2 miles from the beach! Less than 2 minutes to Caledonia Golf and Fish Club Rated in top 50 public golf courses in the US. We have 5 top rated golf courses within 1 mile of our home!

Pawleys Island is the oldest seaside resort in the US. It dates back to the Plantation era, mid 18th century. Some of these homes still exist on the "island". Our home is located across the Marsh, on the mainland. It's just a few minute drive to the beach. We have 7 world class golf courses within 3 miles of us. If you love golf and the beach, you need to visit Pawleys Island South Carolina! We have amazing restaurants and shopping too. We're only 70 minutes drive to historic Charleston SC. It makes for a fun day trip!
