General overview
Raglan is a very special town. A funky surf town, beaches, walks, interesting boutiques, cafes and restaurants. It is NZs answer to Byron Bay. It is a favourite my grandchildren. Frequently voted NZ’s prettiest small town. Our place is in a great spot with views from the harbour entrance to the upper reaches of the estuary. It is spacious and sunny, walking distance to the village with its lively cafes, restaurants and art scene. It is a surfing town with a famous left hand break. The fishing is great. There is an eclectic group of people and a strong sense of community.
Come over to the Wild West Coast for a taste of the real New Zealand.
I used to live here but meeting my husband to be has headed me in other directions.
Raglan is about 2 hours from Auckland.

The space
Spacious, modern living spaces. Great views. 180 degrees views of the estuary and out to the ocean. All day sun. A wood fire for winter. Double glazed with a heat pump. Lots of living areas.

There are three levels so not good if you have limited mobility.

Walking distance to cafes, shops, beaches etc. Raglan has a relaxed, eclectic, artistic, beach town vibe.
Raglan
A picturesque coastal town to the west of Hamilton, Raglan is known for its laid back vibe and sensational beaches. Revered as one the best surfing spots in the country, it is also surrounded by beautiful rainforest-clad national parks. Of particular note are the black sand Ngarunui Beaches, Manu Bay and the bridal veil falls.
Getting to my home
It is best if you have your own car but we can put you in touch with a shuttle company that can pick you up in Auckland or Hamilton.
