Neighbourhood

We are situated in a woodland area, approx 1/2 mile from the town centre with traditional market, super markets, pubs and restaurants, leisure centre with pool, soft play centre etc. there is a small traditional country pub less than 2 mins walk from the house! Walks, hiking paths and mounting bike routes surround us. We are approx 50 mins by direct train (train station in the town) to Manchester and the Lake District is within an hours drive

Getting around

You can walk into the town in under 30 mins or drive in and free park. Bolton, Blackburn and Preston are larger towns/cities within 30 min drive and the bus and train connections are excellent
