I am a single retired school teacher who lives near Palm Springs California in the desert. 9 months out of the year the temperatures are perfect. However the 3 months in the Sumer can be quite hot. Therefore I am not expecting anyone to want to come exchange in July, August, or September. June is usually a mild month but with the new weather patterns in the world who knows. LOL. I have a dog who I will place somewhere else while I am gone unless you have a dog that you want me to take care of while I am there, My dog is a chocolate lab. I am approximately 2 hours from San Diego, the beach and Los Angeles. If you cut through the desert you can get to Las Vegas with no traffic in 4 hours.
