General overview
Love the view - watch the city skyline. Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex city apartment with waterviews in a security block. Perfect for a city break. Overlooking the water, amazing walks nearby, 5 min walk to ferry and 10 mins to tram, 10 mins to bus - loads of great restaurants, cafes, pubs just a short walk away. 20min walk to Sydney Fish Market, and 35min walk to Darling Harbour. Visitor parking available.
The space
Duplex apartment with lovely balcony with waterviews. Modern living/dining room with widescreen TV. Small modern fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, double door fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Two modern shower-rooms, with toilets, one next to each bedroom. Each bedroom has a balcony to the rear, and a queen bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Guest access
Two floor apartment - take the lift from ground or underground parking to the 3rd floor, and enter the modern lobby. On this floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet, and a rear balcony. Up the stairs to the top level is the main living area, kitchen, laundry with combo washer/dryer, front balcony and another double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and rear balcony. Both upstairs living room and rear bedroom have insect screens. Ducted air conditioning throughout.
Notes
We do have a weekender just outside Sydney, so very open to non-simultaneous or Globe swops.
We have a lovely cocker spaniel, Charlie, so cannot guarantee the apartment is completely dog allergen free - but we would have the apartment thoroughly cleaned before your stay if that’s a concern.
For non-simultaneous swops we usually move to our weekender with Charlie, and for simultaneous swops out of the country, Charlie could go to a dog sitter if necessary (but of course if you're a dog lover and want to dog sit that is an option as well)
We could accept dogs with prior agreement - as it's an apartment it would not be suitable for all dogs. The apartment complex is right across the road from an off-leash dog park.
In terms of cleaning, we ask that the apartment is left the way it was found; and give the option for swappers to pay for our regular cleaner to attend if you would rather not clean on your vacation.
This is a non-smoking home, so no smoking or vaping.

Neighbourhood
Glebe is an excellent central location in Sydney very close to downtown. Our apartment is 35 mins walk from Central Station, 20 mins walk to Sydney Uni and Broadway shopping mall, 30 mins to Central Park shopping and Spice Alley, 35 mins walk to Darling Harbour, and a few mins further to the CBD. The aparment s right on Blackwattle Bay where you can sit by the water and take a walk around the bay to the Tramsheds with great restaurants. Glebe Point Road (8-10min walk uphill) is well known in Sydney for it's cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs. Glebe has two tram stops - the closest about 8-10 mins walk away, a Ferry stop about 5 mins walk, and many bus options nearby. The Sydney fish market is an easy walk from the apartment.

25min-35min drive to Sydney Airport depending on traffic - easy to get taxis or uber.
