Lovely villa apartment in one of Valby's most sought after neighborhoods. Here you get house and garden only 10 minutes drive from the center. Perfect for the family with children, but also for couples who want quiet and space while being close to the city The heart of the villa apartment is the large, bright kitchen family room, which always brings together family and friends. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with bla. dishwasher, as well as cozy sofa corner with large flat screen TV, Netflix, HBO and wireless wifi. There is also access to the large, lovely terrace with barbecue. In addition, the villa apartment contains three bedrooms, with beds in each room. A king size bed, two single beds, a cot (up to 5 years) and a sofa bed that sleeps two. Large bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is divided into two separate apartments, and it is the 1st and 2nd floor that is rented out. The villa apartment has a private entrance and private garden. We have three children, and our home is therefore very child-friendly. Here is the opportunity to borrow baby bed, changing table, highchair and stroller / stroller. In addition, one of the rooms is a children's room with toys that are free to use. The same goes for the playhouse in the garden, the children's bike and the scooter.

Neighbourhood

Valby is a super nice neighborhood in bloom. With just a few minutes drive to trendy Vesterbro, Valby still has everything your heart desires. There are plenty of cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a small shopping center, cinema, pharmacy and swimming pool. It is also here that you will find two of Copenhagen's biggest tourist attractions - Carlsberg and Copenhagen Zoo. The house is situated on a nice, quiet residential street, but with only 150 meters to the nearest train station and bus stop you can be in the middle of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. We have two adult bikes available. Copenhagen is an easy and lovely city to ride in.
